Positive Shift: Reconnecting with their vision, being honest about their feelings, and focusing on authentic connection allows Merchants to realign with their core.
Innovator: From Interrogation to Insight
Stress Reaction: Innovators tend to interrogate. They question motives, challenge logic, and overanalyze.
Deep Stress: This can escalate to intellectual superiority or constant criticism, both of themselves and others. Nobody interrogates like an Innovator.
Positive Shift: Innovators return to strength when they focus on problem-solving through curiosity rather than control. Asking open-ended questions and seeking collaborative solutions re-engages their core energy.
Banker: From Judgment to Clarity
Stress Reaction: Bankers often respond with aloof judgment. They may withdraw emotionally and critique others from a distance.
Deep Stress: They can become rigid, overly focused on details, and resistant to new information. Nobody aloofly judges like a Banker.
Positive Shift: Bankers thrive when they contribute their expertise in a structured, respectful way. Organizing facts and seeking clarity through shared knowledge helps them reengage positively.
Turning Awareness into Action
