Job Summary:
This position is
responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient
operation of the Community Care Team Organization and will be responsible
for organizing and reporting on data across multiple programs and data systems by performing the following duties:

Creates Excel documents, charts, and graphs.

Provides administrative support to programs
including e-mail correspondence.

Obtains accurate and timely information from
staff at different levels of the Organization within different programs.

Attends staff meetings, as needed.
-
Presents data on program outcomes and
activities to the team, as needed.
-
Facilities management which includes workplace
and environment maintenance, managing office improvements and repairs as needed
and coordinating recycling.

Compiles and creates reports for the program.
-
Records minutes of staff or other meetings.
-
Schedules and organizes staff meetings and
trainings, may be responsible for travel arrangements.

Creates calendar of upcoming events.
-
Acts as the point person to receive responses to invitations,
trainings, and various events.

Other duties as assigned.

Maintains punctual, regular and predictable
attendance.

Works collaboratively in a team environment
with a spirit of cooperation.

Respectfully takes direction from their
supervisor.
Experience/Education
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED.
-
Two to four year(s) related experience and/or
training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Database
programs required.
-
Demonstrated experience communicating with a
variety of audiences both orally and in writing. preferred. Experience
providing administrative support to a nonprofit, social service or other agency
preferred.
