CorkSport Mazda Performance is seeking a highly detailed, outgoing, and enthusiastic Sales
Specialist to support our growing global product catalog. The ideal
candidate will be hungry to make a big impact within a small team and excel at
customer service, through phone, email, direct messaging, and social media
contact.
The ideal Sales Specialist will have 2
years of direct customer-facing sales and or warranty experience backed by a
strong knowledge of Mazda aftermarket parts. Your success will demand excellent
written and verbal communication, in addition to working effectively with
employees at all levels of the organization, sponsored drivers, and our worldwide
customer base. The applicant will have the ability to directly connect with
people to ultimately balance customer empathy and support. Ultimately, this
hands-on go-getter will combine an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to
accelerate and optimize CorkSport's sales and customer service initiatives.

Responsibilities
Drive
direct customer contacts, creating manual sales orders, billing/address
changes, shipment updates, and addressing technical product application
questions
- Seamlessly balance sales support activities between phone, email, direct messaging, and social media posts within tight timelines
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, purchasing,
and engineering teams to ensure a high-quality, end-to-end customer
experience Assist and reinforce CorkSport brand marketing through social
media posting, blogging, and ad hoc content generation
- Share content and respond to
customer comments across social media platforms with a large focus on
Facebook Groups and Instagram
- Attend and support local Mazda
Community Events
- Flexibility to take on additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Experience
Required
First-hand knowledge of aftermarket performance parts coupled with a minimum of 2 years of successful customer-facing sales/warranty position
- High attention to detail, successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and while exceeding customer satisfaction
- Must be a problem-solver with an excellent work ethic
and personal drive
- Highly organized self-starter driven by results and
committed to quality
- Proven track record of engaging in positive consistent customer interactions and growing long-term relationships.
- Excellent social media skills and navigation within Facebook and Instagram
- Spanish desirable

Skills/Experience
Technical in-depth knowledge of the 2006-2013 Mazdaspeed 3/6 and 2014+ Mazda platforms highly desired
- Experience working at a Mazda Dealer-s Parts Counter
- Previous work history at O-Reilly-s, AutoZone, Napa,
Advanced or Baxter Auto
- Dyno Operation
- OBDII based Vehicle Tuning
- Cobb Accessport
- Racing Car Development - any level and series
