Project
Coordinator position
We
are currently looking for an organized, practical, and action-oriented Project
Coordinator. This role is critical in scheduling our client installations
and working with our Installers and Technicians to ensure each project gets
completed successfully. This position is important to our business as
this person is the liaison between our Install team and Clients, managing the
work required to finish each project with efficiency and effectiveness in a
fast-paced environment.
Previous
experience working with google calendar or scheduling system and understanding
how to set appointments is necessary in this job.
We provide full
health insurance benefits, 2 weeks paid vacation and paid holidays, and a
monthly profit-sharing bonus. Salary is $19-$25/hr. depending on
experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Installers via phone, text and email
- Coordinate with customers and provide updates on project progress
- Take detailed notes, document conversations, and use CRM and other platforms to record info.
- Know and manage multiple technician calendars and set appointments
- Gather and document and organize all pertinent information related to any call
- Know geography and locations Town & Country serves
- Communicate to customers and inside team members with good etiquette
Qualifications
- Glass, Glazing or construction experience would be preferred
- Must work quickly, but with an attention to detail
- Accurate time management and organization
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments
- QuickBooks experience would be preferred
