Position Summary: ROBO is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Project Engineer to support and deliver scoped, billable projects for our clients. This role focuses on executing Microsoft 365 implementations including SharePoint migrations, email migrations, tenant creation, and identity and security configuration within Microsoft Entra ID.
The Microsoft 365 Project Engineer works closely with the Professional Services team, to complete project tasks, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation. This role is responsible for executing assigned work within project plans, validating results, and contributing to successful project delivery. The Microsoft 365 Project Engineer also supports new client onboardings by executing assigned technical tasks and contributing to a smooth transition into ROBO's services.
This is a project-based role within the Professional Services team and is not a reactive Service Desk position. The ideal candidate is eager to grow their Microsoft 365 expertise, takes ownership of assigned work and follows through to completion, and communicates clearly with both internal teams and clients. This role provides strong development opportunities while contributing to secure, scalable Microsoft 365 environments for our clients.
