Job Summary:
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Family Outreach & Community Programs team and will be responsible for organizing and reporting on data across multiple programs and data systems by performing the following duties:
Responsibilities
- Creates Excel documents, charts, and graphs.
- Provides administrative support to programs including e-mail correspondence.
- Obtains accurate and timely information from staff at different levels of the Organization within different programs.
- Attends staff meetings, as needed.
- Presents data on program outcomes and activities to the CHI team, as needed.
- Facilities management which includes workplace and environment maintenance, managing office improvements and repairs as needed and coordinating recycling.
- Compiles and creates reports for the program.
- Records minutes of staff or other meetings.
- Schedules and organizes staff meetings and trainings, may be responsible for travel arrangements.
- Creates calendar of upcoming events.
- Acts as the point person to receive responses to invitations, trainings, and various events.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully takes direction from their supervisor.
Qualifications
Experience/Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two to four year(s) related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Database programs required.
- Demonstrated experience communicating with a variety of audiences both orally and in writing. preferred. Experience providing administrative support to a nonprofit, social service or other agency preferred.
