Description
Living Room Realty is seeking a dynamic, Licensed Property Manager to help take our property
management team to the next level.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manages and oversees income and expenses for over 200 properties, the majority being single family homes, as well as department budget and finances - Manages client trust accounts by transferring and depositing funds - Oversight of staff managing property inventory and maintenance needs as well as new property onboarding and client support and relations - Implement new laws and ordinances into company processes and procedures as they are rolled out. - Works with clients and tenants on contracts, leases, concerns, and payments - Maintain an active, state license in good standing with OREA (Property Manager or Principal Broker) active and in good standing. - Develop, implement, and refine operational systems, processes, and best practices to ensure department success - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. - Monitor adherence to laws, rules, regulations, and procedures. - Human Resources - Staff management including delegating tasks and accountabilities, monitoring and evaluating performance, coaching. - Plan effective strategies for the financial well being of the company. - Act as a resource for Living Room Realty and outside real estate brokers. Form and maintain industry relationships to benefit the company and department. - Support sales and marketing activities. - Liaise with executive staff. Assist in the development of strategic plans for the department and company. - Identify, establish, and implement revenue-generating services such as maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and tenant placement. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Maintain an active, state license in good standing with OREA (Property Manager or Principal Broker) active and in good standing. - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Licenced Oregon Property Manager or Principal Broker
- 2+ years of property management experience
- 2+ years of staff management experience
- Excellent people management experience and skills
- Proven ability to meet goals and deadlines with strong follow through
- Ability to create and maintain timelines and efficient, effective processes
- Ability to proactively, effectively communicate with all levels of an organization and with
diverse client populations
- Detail-oriented
- Active Oregon Real Estate Broker or Property Manager license is preferred
