Description

Trimbuilt Construction is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Seeking an experienced construction project manager who is responsible for overseeing several different types of construction projects. They will lead the project from initiation to close, hiring subcontractors, working with vendors and tracking inventory of equipment and materials. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should also work well with others, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction management in Commercial Construction required
  • Familiarity with construction management software including Procore and Project (ComputerEase a +)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
