Vacation Home Cleaner position

We are seeking practical, efficient, and organized candidates for our Vacation Home Cleaner position. We have over 200 properties in the Sunriver, OR area and it is critical that they stay well-maintained with exceptional quality to keep them presentable for guests and preserve the value for our clients. This role is the -back-bone- of the business and we need reliable and driven employees who act with urgency, but with a focus on the details. Each person is assigned their specific homes for the day through our App, but it is a team-effort at Bennington, pitching in where help is needed. We believe this position is one of our competitive advantages when it comes to our business, and welcome anyone who is looking to make a contribution at a well-established and community-oriented company.

Specifics of the Job:

• Annual pay raises based on performance
• Frequent bonuses based on performance
• Medical/Dental/401K for full-time employees
• Full-time is 5 days a week, 8:30a until done (usually 5:30p)
• Weekends required June 1st - September 30th (busy season)
• Must commit to and complete 2 weeks training at hire
