The Raborn Media Fellowship Program aims to identify, develop, cultivate, and retain undiscovered talent to build a more robust and agile team to continue delivering exceptional services to our clients. The Fellowship Program allows individuals to gain valuable insight into the marketing industry, learn how marketing businesses operate, hone their current skills, develop new skills, and potentially gain full-time employment after completing the program.

Employment Opportunity
After completing the Fellowship Program, Fellows may be asked to continue their tenure in a full-time role as a Marketing Coordinator with Raborn Media. However, full-time employment is not guaranteed and ultimately depends on the organization's needs and the Fellow's performance during the program. Full-time Marketing Coordinators can expect to earn between $40,000 and $50,000 annually.

Company Health Insurance Plan: The firm pays 50% of the employee's monthly premium. All dependents added must be paid 100% by the employee.
