Responsibilities
YOUR ROLE AS A COMMUNITY MANAGER:
- Social Media & Digital Marketing -
Manage SEO, SEM, reputation management, geo-targeting, and online advertising
to ensure maximum visibility and lead generation.
- Leasing & Resident Engagement -
Implement creative leasing strategies, showcase the community, and build strong
relationships with residents and the
community to create a thriving, engaged environment.
- Financial & Operational Excellence
- Oversee rent collection, optimize property revenue, and identify value-add
opportunities to maximize profitability.
- Team Leadership & Decision Making - Lead, mentor, and empower your team to achieve success. You-ll make key operational decisions and strategic moves that directly impact the community-s performance..
- Community & Maintenance Oversight - Ensure high property standards, manage maintenance requests, and create a first-class, customer oriented, luxury living experience for residents.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of
on-site property management experience (multi-family
preferred).
- A social
media & marketing guru-must LOVE social media and be versed
in digital marketing, leasing campaigns, and content creation.
- A confident
decision-maker who thrives on leading a team
and driving success.
- A strong communicator
& problem-solver with exceptional people skills.
- Tech-savvy
with experience in Microsoft Office and property management software platforms (AppFolio
experience a plus).
- A
results-driven, ambitious leader who takes ownership and
thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, with Lease Up and on call flexibility.
