We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Leasing Agent to support our apartment communities in the Salem area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the leasing process, and can deliver a professional and positive experience to prospective residents. This position includes a bonus/commission for each signed/executed lease!
Qualifications
In addition to being a people loving- person, our LEASING AGENT position requires:
- Prior apartment leasing experience of 1-2 years with a solid track record for closing the sale!
- Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Federal, State and Local Fair Housing laws
- Reliable, organized and able to work independently
- Weekend availability preferred
- Basic computer skills - Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Tenant Tech and AppFolio (or other industry-based database software)
- Strong, dependable work ethic and positive attendance history, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (proof of insurance required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check
