Milestone Property Management has available part-time AND full-time (20-40 hours/week) positions for Leasing Agent/Assistance Managers in the Portland/Westside, Oregon City and eastside Vancouver areas. Our goal is to develop results and detail-oriented individuals with a minimum of 1 year experience in property leasing & management operations by arming them with the skills and tools to grow into an important member of our management team.

Hourly compensation for these part and full-time positions begins at $19 to $20 an hour. Full-time employees also receive GREAT BENEFITS, which include group medical (with option for 100% employer paid), dental and vision, paid time off and selected holidays.

Responsibilities

You'll be working alongside the Community Manager to oversee the daily activities of the community, including leasing, collections, resident relations, policy & procedure compliance and general office administration.

Qualifications

At least 1-year experience in property leasing & management operations, including use of property management software (AppFolio, Yardi and Tenant Tech)
Must be comfortable and creative with social media
Possess a results & detail-oriented work ethic
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
Available to work Saturdays
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Own vehicle, valid DL and auto insurance
Background check required
