Description

We are seeking a friendly, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Help Desk Support representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and effective assistance to customers and/or internal users via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to [products, services, or internal systems].

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support staff.

  • Log, track, and document service requests using a help desk/ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow).

  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions or self-service options.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.

  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.

  • Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).

  • Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for some roles).

  • Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using support software, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting tools.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if required.
