If so, then a position as an Excavation Estimator at Portland-local Lovett Inc. could be an amazing next step in your career!

In this position, the Estimator would be responsible for building and navigating their own pool of business contacts and relationships, as well as meet a sales goal of $2 million worth of excavation jobs annually once settled into the role. The ideal candidate would have prior experience selling excavation repair jobs in the residential, commercial, and multi-family home sectors, at least 3 years, and brings to the table a strong dedication to 5-Star Customer Service.

What You'll Do:

Deliver 5-Star Customer Service
Sell a minimum of $2M in excavation work
Responsible for building accounts and maintaining business relationships

What We're Looking For:

Experience in estimating residential, commercial, and multi-family repair work (3 years minimum).
Technical skills with using a computer and experience in using or able to learn software (Word, Excel, Outlook, ServiceTitan, GPS, etc.)
Knowledge of excavation & unground work
Current and valid driver's license; must be insurable
Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
Must be eligible to legally work in the United States
