Account Manager

We are currently looking for a driven, independent, and organized Account Manager to manage client relationships while developing and creating Marketing and Ad strategies, focused on achieving client metrics and growing their business.  The Account Manager role is critical to our business, as they facilitate and fulfill the day-to-day work that needs to be accomplished for our clients to be successful.  We need an assertive and confident person to lead our clients and produce the expected results.

 

The Account Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and managing successful ad campaigns, purchasing ads, delegating tasks, overseeing other departments roles in campaign success, conducting monthly analytic reporting, and providing high quality, results-focused client support. Success of the Account Manager is measured by whether we exceed our clients' goals.  We want to be measured by results, not statistics.  


This role is not a remote position, Account Managers need to be here at our office in Bend, OR.


We offer a competitive base salary of $40K-$50K with bonus and commission opportunities that can take compensation up to $100K. Medical, vision and dental benefits are offered as well.

Responsibilities

  • Create and Manage Google and Facebook Ads, along with other platforms
  • Quality Control  and on-going maintenance of Ads 
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve their monthly goals/objectives
  • Effectively communicate, collaborate, and direct clients on a weekly basis
  • Create content relevant to Ad campaigns
  • Purchase Ads and accurately utilize monthly marketing budgets
  • Facilitate with team members for best results and use company resources
  • Manage multiple client budges at the same time
  • Generate and Analyze monthly reports, and confidently review results with client, giving guidance and suggestions as necessary
  • Upselling/adding on of services
  • Facilitate and work closely with the Design team to advocate for the client and relay requests
  • Follow outlined procedures and quickly adapt to new processes
  • Market research, Targeted Campaigns, Retargeting and A/B Testing

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing
  • Self-motivated, driven person
  • Social Media Guru
  • Experience managing social media advertising and campaigns
  • Strong work ethic
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team, but also independently 
  • Proven success managing and developing successful client relationships
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Facebook Business Manager experience a plus
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification and Google Ad Certification is preferred
