Description

Company Overview: We are a growing utility aviation engineering and manufacturing company dedicated to providing innovative solutions for the aviation industry. Our focus lies in developing cutting-edge technologies and products to enhance utility aircraft performance, safety, and reliability.

Position Overview: We are seeking an action-oriented, driven and organized Sales Associate to help develop more sales opportunities for our company. Kawak Aviation has been on a steady growth trajectory and now has an opportunity to maximize our current resources and increase revenue. This role is critical to the overall sales operations, leading the proactive, outbound sales effort and capturing all opportunities for the company to pursue and follow-up with.

Responsibilities

  • Make phone calls looking for sales opportunities
  • Market Research - Identify target markets and clients
  • Put together potential client lists and opportunities
  • Produce email campaigns for company exposure and potential leads
  • Updating and management of CRM updating
  • Processing of client orders and internal sales support
  • Face-to-face client meetings and trade shows
  • Sales tracking and reporting
  • Work with Executives to maximize current resources

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a B2B context. Experience in selling high-value products or services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage customer interactions, track leads, and analyze sales data. (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Understanding of the aviation industry, particularly in the utility sector a big plus.
  • Must be able to articulate value propositions persuasively, build rapport with prospects, and confidently navigate sales conversations.
  • Must be able and willing to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing market conditions, persevere through rejection, and maintain motivation to achieve sales objectives despite challenges
