Description

Are you a skilled and knowledgeable Estimator or Journeyman Plumber with estimating experience looking for a friendly culture and comfortable environment in your next place of employment? If so, then a position as a Plumbing Estimator at Portland-local Lovett Inc. could be an amazing next step in your career!

In this position, the Estimator would be responsible for building and navigating their own pool of business contacts and relationships, as well as meet a sales goal of $2 million worth of plumbing jobs annually once settled into the role. The ideal candidate would have prior experience in bidding commcercial plumbing jobs, at least 3 years, and brings to the table a strong dedication to 5-Star Customer Service.

What You'll Do:

Deliver 5-Star Customer Service
Sell a minimum of $2M in plumbing jobs annually
Responsible for building accounts and maintaining business relationships

What We're Looking For:

Experience in bidding and estimating commercial plumbing jobs (3 years minimum)
Technical skills with using a computer and experience in using or able to learn software (Word, Excel, Outlook, ServiceTitan, GPS, etc.)
Current and valid driver's license; must be insurable
Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
Must be eligible to legally work in the United States
