Job description
Our established Construction Company is seeking a General Manager (GM). The right candidate will be able to lean on years of experience and, more importantly, bring a drive and sense of urgency to the position as well as a pride of ownership. You will oversee current customer relations, new project estimating, contracts, progress and completion. Essential skills include clear and precise communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work without supervision.
Also, this is an opportunity for an individual to earn ownership of up to 50% of the company.
We specialize in multi-family renovation but are currently also expanding into residential.
This is a full-time salaried position.

sharing plus $75-95K annual salary

Responsibilities
The best candidates will be comfortable-
- Overseeing all aspects of the project planning from initial marketing to punch list and closeout.
- Supervising current staff and subcontractors
- Interfacing with project inspectors, architects, engineers, city and county officials.
- Provide accurate and complete estimates, complete projects on time and on budget
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans
- Interfacing with construction management software
- Exhibiting integrity, pride of ownership and leadership qualities
Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years construction (flipping homes or remodeling), general contracting and/or restoration required. Must include -Hands on Experience-.
- Must be an innovative, driven individual with an obvious sense of urgency
- Outstanding management skills, demonstrated leadership, and fiscal management experience.
- Ability to effectively delegate but also self-perform
- Maintain a -big picture- strategic view with an ability to problem solve.
- Ability to translate policies into daily routine operations.
- Self-assured, confident, and goal oriented.
- Motivational practices and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong written and communication skills.
