Responsibilities
- Team
Leadership and Direction:
- Provide
leadership and direction to clinic staff, ensuring a positive and
productive work environment.
- Conduct
regular team meetings and foster open communication within the team.
- Staff
Hiring and Training:
- Oversee
the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
new staff members.
- Develop
and implement training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to
perform their duties.
- Financial
Management:
- Develop
and manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Oversee
financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely submission of
financial data.
- Metric
Review and Execution:
- Regularly
review clinic performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve set
targets.
- Ensure
the clinic meets or exceeds performance goals and benchmarks.
- Staff
Review and Management:
- Conduct
regular performance reviews for staff, providing feedback, commendation,
and necessary corrections.
- Address
any staffing issues promptly and effectively.
- Patient
Satisfaction:
- Ensure
high levels of patient satisfaction through effective management of
patient interactions and services.
- Address
patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Community
Engagement:
- Develop
and maintain positive relationships within the community.
- Represent
the clinic at community events and initiatives to enhance the clinic-s
presence and reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven
experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Strong
leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent
organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency
in financial management and budgeting.
- Exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability
to analyze and act on clinic performance metrics.
- Bachelor-s
degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related
field preferred.
