eRep, Inc. is assisting a dynamic, expanding firm in hiring a President with significant position growth opportunity.

This Portland, Oregon area-based landscape design and outside living space installation company has been in business for almost 50 years and has established a great foundation on which to grow to the next level. The company's services are the leaders in its market.

The primary contribution of this role for the organization is to drive revenue growth through a focus on execution, effective company management through efficient resource allocation and accountable leadership. They will drive projects to completion that meet the customers' expectations, on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence. They will be expected to identify operational goals.

They will have strong financial and resource allocation experience, which will cause the company to maximize revenue and minimize costs. They will solidly comprehend how to guide and inspire a team towards operational execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives to drive growth and profitability. Provide visionary leadership to foster innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Financial Management and Performance: Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability and achieve revenue targets while maintaining cost controls.
  • Operational Excellence and Efficiency: Optimize operational processes and systems to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices in project management, logistics, and supply chain management to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Team Development and Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Promote professional development and growth opportunities for employees at all levels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding client needs and delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of continuous Supervisory experience in the landscape field
  • Proven track record of leading a team towards goal achievement
