Customer Service Associate Troutdale, Oregon - Full-Time, Evenings & Saturdays

We're a small, family-owned plumbing, sewer, and septic company serving the Portland Metro area with pride. As we grow, we're looking for a Customer Service Associate who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

A Sampling of What You'll Do

Answer inbound phone calls with service-hearted professionalism
Schedule service appointments and work with the office team to manage technician schedules
Handle customer questions and concerns with patience and care
Provide administrative support to help office operations run peacefully
Collaborate with a small, close-knit team who values reliability and teamwork

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

At least 4 years of higher-level retail or customer-facing experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and detail accuracy
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Comfortable with technology and general office software (we'll train you on our programs)
A dependable, kind, and integrity-focused presence
Ability to work evenings and weekends
Legally authorized to work in the United States
