Customer Service Associate Troutdale, Oregon - Full-Time, Evenings & Saturdays

We're a small, family-owned plumbing, sewer, and septic company serving the Portland Metro area with pride. As we grow, we're looking for a Customer Service Associate who takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

If you've thrived in premium retail environments-like Williams-Sonoma / Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, boutique or other high-touch retailers-you already have the kind of skills we are looking for! You know how to serve a clientele that expects attention to detail, patience, and professionalism.

Perhaps you're getting tired of retail and have an intrinsic pull to grow with new skills in a completely different industry? We'll teach you the ins and outs of working in a construction office setting, but what matters most is your customer care and mindset.
