Experienced Construction or Project Superintendent
with local knowledge of trades and building codes.
Skills:
Reading and interpretation of plans and drawings
Able to schedule and direct trades and staff
Interaction with building officials
Daily reporting and progress tracking
Work with architect, engineers and specialty contractors
Working knowledge with computers and construction software
Able to lead and direct in a fast paced environment
We are a team oriented operation so cooperation across all levels is important

Maintaining production schedule
Insuring compliance with safety, OSHA and NPDES
Keeping job site secure and clean
Coordinating deliveries and storing of materials
Qualifications
5 plus years with a multi-story construction contractor/developer as a project manager or senior superintendent.
Commercial, high rise experience.
