We are seeking a friendly, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service / Help Desk Support representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt, professional, and effective assistance to customers and/or internal users via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.

Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to [products, services, or internal systems].
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or higher-level support staff.
Log, track, and document service requests using a help desk/ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow).
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions or self-service options.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides.
Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT scores).
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for some roles).
Previous experience in customer service, help desk, or technical support is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware, and software.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using support software, MS Office, and basic troubleshooting tools.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if required.
