We are currently looking for an organized, efficient, and action-oriented Scheduler to answer all customer phone calls into our office. This position is important to our business as the right person will facilitate all calls and turn every possible opportunity into an appointment for our Estimating Team. This role plays a critical interaction between our customers and operations and must be accurate with notes and details while communicating information in a time-sensitive manner. Previous experience working with google calendar and understanding how to set appointments is necessary in this job.
