In this entry-level role, you'll be riding along with the carpenters and technicians on the Mitigation team as they go all over Portland to residential and commercial locations to repair foundations and clean up damage caused by fire, water, and mold damage (PPE provided).

The ideal candidate for this position would be eager to learn, not bothered by getting dirty on the job to see it done, and is comfortable with moving and lifting throughout the course of the day.

Responsibilities

Assist the mitigation technicians with the set up and load out of equipment at job sites
Bag up and load out damaged foundational materials (dry wall, sheet rock, insulation, etc.)
Assist with site clean up
Assist with maintaining company vehicles & mitigation bay at the yard
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Able to lift/move 50lbs
Current & valid driver's license; must be insurable
Experience in mititgation work preferred, but not required
Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
Must be comfortable utilizing smartphones/tablets, GPS & email
Able to read, write & speak English
Must be able to legally work in the United States
