Local construction company Lovett, Inc. has been servicing the Greater Portland Metro area for more than 25 years, providing a wide range of services from vac truck services to plumbing to excavation and directional drilling.
Lovett, Inc. is currently seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Finance & Accounting to oversee and lead the financial operations of their growing organization. This key leadership role is responsible for all aspects of accounting and finance, including Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, monthly close, and timely financial reporting.
The Director will manage and mentor an accounting team of four (4), fostering professional development and ensuring a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement while embodying Lovett's Core Values (Safety, Opportunity, Kindness, Growth & Having Fun). The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in construction accounting and a proven ability to deliver clear, actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making.
