Responsibilities
Read roofing specs and blue prints to formulate bids
Walk existing roofs, take measurements, calculate estimates
See through the pace and quality of production by the crews performing the work
Develop relationships with clients and vendors
Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of roofing systems and process of installation
Self driven towards goals and high standards for quality and follow through
Ability to accurately read blueprints
Ability to use Excel and Bluebeam
