Responsibilities
As an HVAC Cleaning Technician assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of HVAC systems. Your primary contributions will include:
Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Thorough HVAC Cleaning: Meticulously cleaning HVAC systems, including often-overlooked areas, to improve indoor air quality and system performance.
Efficient Job Management: Managing tasks efficiently and completing assigned jobs promptly to meet customer expectations.
Upselling Opportunities: Identifying and offering additional cleaning services to enhance the overall customer experience.
Brand Commitment: Delivering on our brand promise of efficient and timely service to consistently earn 95% 5-star ratings from satisfied customers.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HVAC cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer concerns effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach to cleaning HVAC systems.
- Time management skills to complete multiple jobs efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service and upholding the company's reputation.
