Description

Well-known local construction services company Lovett, Inc. is looking to expand our team with the addition of an intuitive and Product Marketing Specialist with high standards for excellence and the experience to follow-through.

Within this role, you would be the strategic mind and blossoming creativity behind all company product marketing strategies and interactions on online platforms, as well as completing research and reporting on campaign strategies and overseeing their implementation.

The focus of the role is to guarantee that our marketing strategies are not only creative and streamlined, but also to ensure that the concepts of continuous growth and improvement are applied in everything we do marketing-wise.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that support product value and brand awareness to drive sales and future work to company and portfolio company-s pipelines.
Plan and execute successful product launches, including development of marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional activities through effective marketing campaigns and strategies.
Work closely with sales and C-Suite to determine specific marketing and sales goals; research current effective campaigns to ensure product marketing will drive company towards sales goals.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, market strengths and weaknesses, product and service potential, and the competitive landscape to inform product positioning and strategy.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product marketing roles (5+ years preferred; experience in skilled trade industries preferred).
Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to research and problem solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
