Lovett Inc. is looking to expand their onsite shop team with the addition of a Diesel Shop Mechanic!

Responsibilities

  • Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles and construction service equipment.
  • Maintenance/Repair duties include, but are not limited to: Routine maintenance, chassis and body components, hydraulic cylinders, all internal and external systems, transmissions, starters/alternators, clutches, differentials, oil changes, checking batteries, wheels & tires.
  • Maintain and keep shop clean and organized to company and OSHA standards.
  • Conduct safety checks on fleet vehicles and equipment.
  • Apply company logos to new fleet vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience maintaining diesel engine vehicles and construction equipment (all systems included)
  • Experience maintaining Vacall & DitchWitch equipment is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
  • Be able to lift/move 50lbs
  • Be able to stand, bend, climb and walk for the majority of the day
  • Be able to read, write & speak English
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
