Description
Company Overview: Ourganda is not a typical Non-Profit. We are a movement that reimagines what is possible when entire communities choose change. Our teams in Uganda have stopped domestic violence in thousands of homes, protected thousands of girls from sexual abuse and forced marriage, and equipped entire communities to lift themselves out of poverty. Ourganda is solving problems before they happen.
We have grown quickly because our programs work, but we have prioritized staffing in Uganda, not here at home. An excellent EA will allow us to scale which means another girl is safe, another family is free from violence, and another village is on its way to thriving.
