Description
The VIP
Coordinator is responsible for providing leadership group and
individual participant to mentor youth on leadership skills and training
students as peer mentors to facilitate workshops at local middle schools. This
position is also responsible for supporting individual leadership students at
RAHS with support and education intervention services and referrals by
performing the following duties

Education & Experience:
Bachelor-s
degree preferred and experience working in social work, education, criminal
justice, psychology or related human services field with three or more years-
experience providing case management services. Experience providing outreach,
crisis intervention, and conflict resolution skills with youth and families.
Experience conducting home visits.
Certifications:
This
position requires a valid insurable Driver-s License.
