Description

We-re looking for a Data Analyst to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets and be able to analyze and interpret data to find trends and insights. If you-re a problem solver with a passion for data, we want to hear from you!

Data Analyst Duties:

Research and compile new data, organizing it according to established standards

Create new reports or enhance current reports with new data

Write, guide, and test new reports

Perform data entry and reformat data for reports

Use and recommend third-party software to increase efficiency

Create new documents, such as presentations, charts, and graphs

Use data to identify market trends and opportunities for organizational growth

Responsibilities

Data Analyst Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance database and analytical tools, and oversee data collection, integration, and analysis

Analyze, document, and report data to support critical decisions

Work closely with data integrity, integrity, and compliance teams to develop and maintain companywide compliance standards, to ensure accuracy and completeness

Maintain database accuracy, integrity, and adherence to data standards and guidelines

Update technical documents on data quality, availability, integrity, and security

Keep abreast of emerging technologies, attend training, and attend professional conferences to keep current on industry trends

Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends, forecast business performance, and identify business opportunities

Manage and lead a team of analysts

Develop strategic relationships with vendors and vendors- clients

Work with business and technology teams to define, document, and deploy enterprise data standards

Perform other related duties.

Qualifications

Requirements And Skills:

Proven experience in a managerial role

Strong decision-making capabilities

Above-average communication, collaboration, and delegation skills

Strong working knowledge of operational procedures

Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes

Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications
