Company Overview: Proudly providing K-12 Technology Services across the Midwest since 1997. Quality Network Solutions has the technology services to keep schools safe and up-to-date for K-12 students across multiple states and school districts.

Position Summary: The Regional IT Account Manager is the main point of contact with our Customers and responsible for maintaining and building upon strategic partnerships to help driver their technology needs forward. The Regional IT Account Manager needs to learn and understand each School's goals and objectives and help meet them to meet these demands. This role is accountable for establishing a technology budget and strategic roadmaps for Customers that reduce business risk and facilitate technology improvements across the Organization. Although not a true sales role, this person must be comfortable presentbng and closing large solutions and projects to our School district clients. There is an aspect of Business development that is incorporated into this position with the ability to earn additional compensation in the forms of bonuses and commissions.

This job is based in the Chillicothe, Missouri area (NE Missouri) working from your home office with travel in the region throughout the week. Car travel up to 4 or 5 days per week is required from this position.

Responsibilities

  • Perform regular onsite Technology Business Reviews with customers (documenting # of appts. and projects)
  • Maintain frequent phone and email contact with customers, building relationships
  • Develop, plan and execute a strategic roadmap profile for each customer
  • Design and present technology proposals with decision-makers
  • Establish clear and precise business and alignment objectives for each customer
  • Maintain customers' technology budgets
  • Provide a high level of customer and user satisfaction
  • Contribute to the maintenance of QNS standards library
  • Participate as a member of the Standards and Alignment Committee
  • Design and maintain process and procedural documentation of Company tools and applications
  • Deliver accurate reports and metrics to Company management on the status and performance of Company tools and applications
  • Maintain up-to-date version knowledge and certification (where applicable) of Company tools and applications
  • Provide regular project reviews and report to the Vice President, as required
  • Implement, participate and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures of the company

Qualifications

  • Advanced qualifications in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Ability to quote, present and close IT solutions
  • Demonstrated knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network and server/workstation operating systems
  • High-level organizational, project management, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Able to work well both independently, but also within a team environment
  • A high degree of confidentiality and punctuality
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Awareness of and ability to work following Company Policies and Procedures
