Description

Roseau Community Church is eager for a dynamic and creative leader who has a passion for building a worship community that is thriving, growing and healthy both on and off the stage. This person will be a ministry partner for Pastor Jared, connecting with his style, vision, creativity, philosophy of ministry and worship, and desire to engage believers and reach the lost. This is an amazing place to grow, lead, stretch and experience synergy with a healthy team and also be a part of seeing Northern Minnesota reached for Christ. Leadership and missional effectiveness are huge!

Responsibilities

The Right Person:

  • A humble person of character, who demonstrates a life of Godly maturity and active and genuine walk with Jesus.
  • Enthusiastic about the mission of Roseau Community Church.
  • A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
  • A self-motivated individual who can develop effective systems and processes to help others win.
  • A leader who organizes and develops teams so that ministry is done through others.
  • Highly relational and enjoys spending time with and investing in others.
  • Passionate about reaching and equipping creatives.
  • A creative person with reasonable administrative strengths.

    • Qualifications

    Prerequisites

  • Spiritual gifts of leading worship, passion, communication, and leadership.
  • A commitment to good interpersonal relationships, teamwork and support of church ministries.
  • Ability to lead and equip a ministry team.
  • Ability to recruit worship and AVL workers.
  • BA Degree in Ministry or Music or equivalent experience.
  • A commitment to confidentiality regarding all account records of the church, staff, and members.
  • Faithful track record of ministry.
  • Ability to submit to team values and vision of Lead Pastor.
