Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize a proven system to set appointments and promote our products / services

Connect with growth focused real estate investors and business owners who are looking to save on tax

Support the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and maintaining CRM databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing budgets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in marketing and/or sales coordination roles.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Attributes:

Experience using Google Drive and related tools and marketing software/tools (e.g., CRM systems, Canva, AI software).
