Position Summary:We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable On-Site Support Specialist at ROBO to provide on-site technical support for our customers. The On-Site Support Specialist will work closely with our clients to closetickets and projects, while seeking out additional opportunities to provide value.This person spends more than half of their time onsite with our clients, and is the face of our organization, becoming a trusted partner with those we serve.This role requires someone who is prepared, organized and documents their work in order to be successful.
