We specialize in day-to-day IT support while also providing preventative maintenance, security through risk management, disaster recovery, and technological business development. Who are we looking for?

Velox Systems is looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and strategic individual who thrives while working both independently and collaboratively. Someone with a curiosity to learn and grow with a passion to see the team succeed.

What will you do?

The Administrative Specialist will grow to take ownership of the following tasks:

  • Client and internal equipment procurement
  • Process sales orders and conversions
  • Inventory fulfillment, tracking, and management
  • Manage and order supplies
  • T.L.C. for our office space
  • Keep the office clean and organized
  • Support Client Services
  • Help develop and build out a documentation platform
  • You must be able to self-manage tasks, prioritize work, and see tasks through from start to finish while strategically managing several ongoing projects.

This position is a combination of remote and on-site work. The primary on-site responsibilities will take place at our office in Bend Oregon several times a week and may extend to client locations throughout Central Oregon.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required 
  • 1-year minimum Customer Service Required
