Schedule:
Monday-Friday, Regular Business Hours with some flexibility between 7:30am and 6:00pm
Position Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator will set the tone for interaction and provide a great welcome to Northwest Enforcement as they make calls, maintain the interview schedule, conduct interviews, and onboard. This position is growing and expanding to meet corporate, and team needs. Coordinate with Operations, Finance and Executive Teams to make sure people get off to a great start. Key duties include:
- Coordinate with Operations to determine hiring needs and key characteristics of successful candidates
- Create and continuously manage job postings
- Consistently implement HR Core Process while reviewing resumes, scheduling, and conducting interviews, screening, completing all onboarding documentation and sending field job offers
- Communicate benefit options to team members and ensure paperwork is completed timely and accurately as team members approach 90 days
- Coordinate with Finance and Operations Teams to manage input into scheduling, training classes
- Coordinate and assist with new team member orientation
- Oversee uniform issuance and check-in processes, coordination and communication regarding team member invoicing and cross-checking uniform inventory needs
- Provide ongoing applicant/team member support to facilitate smooth process and successful start
- Understand termination timelines, termination story and verify that all close-out procedures occur, including scheduling of final check pickup
- Plan and prepare for at least two team meetings or events annually
