Red Leaf Coffee is a locally owned and fast-paced coffee drive-thru with an emphasis on gluten-free and low-carb options. Started in 2008 with 1 espresso stand in Woodland, WA the business has grown in popularity to multiple stores in 4 cities due to loyal customers, dedicated employees and award-winning coffee. In the first year of operation upon expansion, Red Leaf won the Reader-s Choice Award from the Daily News for the best coffee in the Kelso-Longview area in 2017 (and again in 2019 & 2020).
Store Manager position
We are currently looking for a relationship-focused, action-oriented and driven Store Manager to provide a positive and memorable experience for both our customers and team on a daily basis. A big part of our success is because we deliver over-the-top, friendly and inviting customer-service experience in our stores. The Store Manager often (up to 50% of their time) will also work on the floor as a Barista, so it is important this person lead by example and help others in real-time to overcome customer and store challenges.
The Store Manager will create and maintain an exceptional culture level of service, product and model Red Leaf-s Vision and Values. This position reports to the General Manager and directly manages the Baristas, Barista trainer, Supervisors, and store team.
