Homeowner
Relationship Coordinator
We are looking for a practical, action-oriented and organized
Relationship Coordinator to maintain and grow our Homeowner client base. This position exists to nurture
relationships with current Homeowners to keep them happy, supported and
retained as long-term clients. This role is very important to our business,
as Relationship Coordinator is the primary contact between Bennington
Properties and our Homeowners. The
Relationship Coordinator must be dedicated to customer service and exceeding client
expectations.
Responsibilities
- Get to know homeowners' homes, walking the homes monthly and
prior to homeowner arrival, ensuring that the Bennington team is managing the
home to the homeowner's expectations
- Facilitator of communication and accomplishing tasks for Homeowners
- Meet with Homeowners on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Have a pulse on homeowners- needs and what they want
- Must be diplomatic and fair, but also confident and assertive
- Good follow-up and follow-through, must be consistent and reliable
- Must be strategic with the relationship and think about what is best for the long-term, not momentary issues or challenges that can lose the client
- Lead clients through the Bennington process and explaining the "why?"
- Leave client interactions with understanding that Bennington is working on their behalf, even if not happy with situation
- This role requires salesmanship, promoting Bennington within and outside the company
- Meet with Homeowners and prospective homeowners, present materials (follow-up on any leads or referrals)
- Send out and collect Homeowner surveys, annual reviews and additional paperwork
Qualifications
- Need to be competent with a computer and technology (phone, email, video, apps, etc.)
- Excellent communication with clients (digital and in-person)
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience dealing with conflict/high stress situations and finding resolution
