We are looking for a full time Primary Care PA/ARNP with a strong desire to build close relationships with their patients while managing their chronic conditions in accordance with the way healthcare is transforming. Our providers work a four day work week, one weekend rotation in our Urgent Care every 6 weeks and minimal on-call requirements. Responsibilities

-Provide quality care consistent with evidence base medicine -Understanding and application of value base healthcare models -Manage chronic conditions is accordance of RAF/MACRA/MIPS -Consult with MDs, specialists, and other health care professionals as appropriate -Assess patient needs for specialty referrals and diagnostics -Must be comfortable treating the whole patient, including mental and emotional needs -Candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a comprehensive healthcare team

License Active & in good standing in the state of Washington
