Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership and Direction:
    • Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
    • Conduct regular team meetings and foster open communication within the team.
  2. Staff Hiring and Training:
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new staff members.
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped to perform their duties.
  3. Financial Management:
    • Develop and manage clinic budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
    • Oversee financial reporting and ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data.
  4. Metric Review and Execution:
    • Regularly review clinic performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve set targets.
    • Ensure the clinic meets or exceeds performance goals and benchmarks.
  5. Staff Review and Management:
    • Conduct regular performance reviews for staff, providing feedback, commendation, and necessary corrections.
    • Address any staffing issues promptly and effectively.
  6. Patient Satisfaction:
    • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through effective management of patient interactions and services.
    • Address patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  7. Community Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships within the community.
    • Represent the clinic at community events and initiatives to enhance the clinic-s presence and reputation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare or clinic setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and act on clinic performance metrics.
  • Bachelor-s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred.
