A Client Relations Associate provides courtesy calls to new customers and handles incoming customer support calls and tickets. The customer relations assistant trains and provide online demonstrations of Certified Mail Label software to new customers.

- High school diploma/GED required
- Fluent in Microsoft Office
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Active listener and effective communicator
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals
