Position: Customer Coordinator
We are currently looking for an organized, practical, and action-oriented Customer Coordinator to receive incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. This role plays a critical interaction between our customers and operations and must be accurate with notes and details while communicating information in a time sensitive manner. The right person must be able to handle multiple things at once with a sense of follow-through. Previous experience working in the glass industry is a bonus in the role.
