Our newer location which includes a new 2,000 square foot show room has caused our business to expand rapidly. Position: Customer Coordinator

We are currently looking for an organized, practical, and action-oriented Customer Coordinator to receive incoming phone calls and schedule appointments. This role plays a critical interaction between our customers and operations and must be accurate with notes and details while communicating information in a time sensitive manner. The right person must be able to handle multiple things at once with a sense of follow-through. Previous experience working in the glass industry is a bonus in the role.

Responsibilities

Respond to phone calls and messages and set appointments with sense of urgency
Heavy phone and computer work (average of 50-60 calls per day)
Ask the right questions to find out what the customer needs
Take good notes and use the CRM to record information
Scheduled Appointments need to be confirmed the day before
Access Technician's calendars and assist in scheduling appts.
Track project details and follow-up with customer
Good phone etiquette and customer service/resolution
Need to know the Portland geography and locations we serve
General office support

Qualifications

Must work quickly, but with an attention to detail
Ability to work in fast-paced situations
Willingness to follow directions
Need to be organized with good time management skills
Ability to multi-task and complete assignments
Ability to handle stressful situations
Glass, glazing or construction experience is preferred but not required
