Town & Country Glass (www.tandcglass.com) has been faithfully serving the Portland metro area for over 30 years. Our new location which includes a new 2,000 square foot show room has caused our business to expand rapidly. We are currently looking for an organized, efficient, and action-driven Scheduler to assist with incoming customer communication, appointment setting and confirmation. This role is an entry-level position supporting our Lead Scheduler, and offering an opportunity to learn our processes and opportunities for growth in our company. This job plays a critical role in the interaction between our customers and operations and must be accurate with notes and details while communicating information in a time-sensitive manner. Previous experience working with google calendar and understanding how to set appointments is preferred in this job.

Responsibilities
- Return incoming phone calls and set appointments
- Effective and efficient time management and organization
- Take accurate notes, document conversations, and use CRM to record info.
- Access Technician's calendars and assist in scheduling
- Appointments need to be confirmed the day before by phone call
- Know the geography and locations Town & Country serves
- Good phone and email correspondence etiquette
Qualifications
- Must work quickly, but with an attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced situations
- Ability to multi-task and complete assignments
- Glass, Glazing or construction experience would be preferred but not required
