Description
Mountainside ER+ is a company that is headquartered in Monument CO. We serve customers that are in need of retaining walls, erosion control, and water mitigation. As a company, we are committed We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals that are willing & able to work at our job sites building walls, prepping ditches for drainpipe and operating earth compactors. There would also be a need to stack rocks and concrete blocks.
Responsibilities
- Show up to work early
- Show up consistently
- Have a motivation and drive to put in the hard work
- Have the ability to take initiative to keep working - perseverance!
- Show an ability to learn and be coachable
Qualifications
- This job requires physical strength and stamina
- Be able to lift at a minimum 75 lbs
- Be able to swing 10 lb sledge hammers to break up concrete
- Be teachable, the ability to learn new skill sets
- Provide a minimum of 3 professional references
