Multifamily Developer, Owner, Operator is looking for an experienced, local Project Manager

Compensation includes an opportunity to own the apartments that you are building with a Developer who has owned over 5,000 apartment units for over 32 years. 

• Must have valid references that show a history of long term employment
• Must have knowledge of local building code (Oregon/ Washington)
• Must exhibit an ability to manage contracts, work with an architect to create a Scope of Work, and approve bank draws .
• Must be responsible for Schedule
• Must be organized and maintain file management for audits
• Must be responsible for budget
• Must show ability to effectively manage contracts with trade partners

• Should have relationships with local trade partners
• Should have a minimum of 5 years experience as either a Foreman or Superintendent
• Should have working knowledge of construction contracts and documents

• Will be treated as a fellow owner- principal
• Will be given long term, competitive compensation
• Will be given the opportunity to join a very close team of proven partners
