Description
Multifamily Developer, Owner, Operator is looking for an experienced, local Project Manager
Compensation includes an opportunity to own the apartments that you are building with a Developer who has owned over 5,000 apartment units for over 32 years.
- Must have valid references that show a history of long term employment
- Must have knowledge of local building code (Oregon/ Washington)
- Must exhibit an ability to manage contracts, work with an architect to create a Scope of Work, and approve bank draws .
- Must be responsible for Schedule
- Must be organized and maintain file management for audits
- Must be responsible for budget
- Must show ability to effectively manage contracts with trade partners
- Should have relationships with local trade partners
- Should have a minimum of 5 years experience as either a Foreman or Superintendent
- Should have working knowledge of construction contracts and documents
- Will be treated as a fellow owner- principal
- Will be given long term, competitive compensation
- Will be given the opportunity to join a very close team of proven partners
